Reaching the Least Reached

by Duane Mabee on November 7, 2019
Reaching the least reached with the gospel has always been the heartbeat of the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA).  Our founder, A.B. Simpson, started what grew into the C&MA because he was passionate about reaching the least reached in New York City and around the world.  His passion far exceeded that of many of the churches in that day, so he developed a place where people who were as passionate as he was could meet to pray and work together to advance the gospel.

Dr. Simpson wrote: “God will so write on our hearts the names of these peoples, and tribes and tongues, that we cannot rest until we have gone to them with the message of salvation.”  That is exactly what the C&MA has been doing from the first meeting until today.  In the world of missions, the C&MA is well known and respected for our innovation, and for our commitment to planting indigenous churches that reflect the local culture and are turned over to the leadership of national Christians as quickly as possible.  We are committed to bringing All of Jesus for All the World

I encourage you to actively seek the Lord in prayer regarding how He would have you join with us in reaching our world for Christ in 2020.  This is our mission.  It’s our heartbeat.  It is what Jesus is passionate about, so it is what we will be passionate about, too.  By the way, financial support may not be the only thing God is calling you to give in support of world missions.  If He should be speaking to you about becoming one of our 700 plus international workers, either long term or through a 1 to 2-year internship, I would love to hear about that, too.
